Bonus Terms
These Bonus Terms explain how promotional offers, free spins, deposit bonuses, cashback and sports bonuses are handled on our platform. By activating or using any promotion, the player agrees to the bonus rules described below.
General bonus limits
No-deposit offers, registration bonuses and free spins may be subject to maximum conversion and withdrawal limits. In certain cases, winnings from registration-related no-deposit bonuses may only be converted into real money up to a fixed cap, while winnings above that cap are removed. The same principle may apply to free spins, Bonus Shop rewards, Daily Bonus Map rewards and other promotional free spin offers.
Deposit bonuses may also include a maximum cashout limit after wagering is completed. In general, the amount that can be converted into withdrawable real money may be restricted to a multiple of the bonus amount, depending on the offer.
Eligibility and bonus access
Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, household and payment identity. This restriction may apply across shared address details, email addresses, IPs, phone numbers, payment accounts, cards, e-wallets and devices. Some countries may also be excluded from receiving certain promotions, except where cashback remains available.
Bonus wagering and prohibited play
All bonuses must be wagered according to the rules of the specific offer before any related winnings can be withdrawn. While a bonus is active, players must not use delayed-play or bonus manipulation strategies. This includes saving unfinished bonus rounds for later, leaving high-risk bets open until wagering is complete, attempting to build in-game value with bonus funds and exploiting system faults or software errors. Any such behavior may result in the cancellation of bonuses and winnings.
The maximum allowed bet while playing with an active casino bonus is limited. If a player exceeds that stake limit, the casino may void winnings connected to the bonus.
Free bets and sports bonus rules
Free bet and sports bonus wagering depends on the terms of the relevant promotion. In general, partial use of a free bet may void the unused remainder, and using the cashout feature may cancel the free bet or prevent the wager from counting toward rollover.
For sports bonuses, only qualifying bets count toward wagering. The promotion may include a maximum bonus stake, minimum odds for singles, minimum odds per selection in accumulators and a minimum number of selections in combo bets. Certain market types, including some handicap, totals, even/odd, over/under and virtual sports bets, may be excluded. Duplicate bets on the same event may also be ignored for wagering purposes.
Activation, expiry and withdrawals
Unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request has been submitted. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses remain valid for a limited period after activation. Once that period expires, both the bonus and any related bonus-derived value may be removed from the account.
If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the active bonus and all winnings linked to it may be cancelled, while the remaining cash balance may stay available for withdrawal. When a bonus is active, withdrawable real funds are generally used first, followed by bonus funds. Players may also cancel an active bonus before the wagering requirement has been completed.
One active bonus at a time
Only one active bonus may be used at any one time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative, and players are free to decline a promotion if they do not wish to participate.
Right to cancel bonuses
The casino reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings and confiscate funds if any promotion has been obtained or used unfairly, abusively or in breach of the rules. The casino may also update or amend these Bonus Terms at any time.
Game contribution and restricted titles
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering. Some slot titles may contribute in full, while certain games contribute only partially and others do not count at all. Table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps, crash-style games and other specific titles may have reduced or zero contribution depending on the applicable promotion.
In addition, some slot titles may be blocked entirely while a bonus is active, and live casino games are not available for bonus wagering.
